Refund policy
At Thath Banaras, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, with the exception of custom stitch and wholesale products which are not returnable.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not have been worn or altered in any way.
- The item must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
In a usual return situation, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the product back to us. The shipping charge levied on delivery will not be refunded against any order.
To initiate a refund or exchange, you may visit apply return directly from your account or if you feel any difficulty don't hesitate to get in touch with us at thathbanaras@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
