Cancellations & Returns Policy

At Thath Banaras, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations under the following conditions:

• To request a cancellation, please send an email to thathbanaras@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and the order number clearly stated. Cancellation requests must be received within five hours of placing the order, or before the order is moved for procurement. If you are unable to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at +917905056231 to see if it is still possible to cancel.
• Custom orders, including made-to-order or personalized items, are not eligible for cancellation. If you have placed a custom order and need to cancel, please contact us to discuss your options.
• If you are able to cancel your order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement, a full refund will be issued within seven days of the cancellation. This refund will include the purchase price and any applicable taxes, but it may not include any fees incurred by the payment provider. If the order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return if you are unsatisfied with the order upon delivery.
• In the event that an order is not processed, cannot be procured, or is not shipped due to unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control, the order will be automatically canceled and the entire amount will be refunded. This includes any applicable taxes and fees, but it may not include any fees incurred by the payment provider.
